I am the founder of the ~FreeAvatarProject and #Free-dAvatars.

It kind of bothered me that dA didn't have a selection of free avatars all in one place for people to use at dA.

Well, problem solved.

Now it does.

dA's Free dAvatar Providers are gathering together at #Free-dAvatars to provide dA with hundreds of FREE 50x50 avatars, under 15 kb each!

Not only that, but the ~FreeAvatarProject features themed avatar challenges for ALL avatar creators, so newer free avatar creators will get inspired to widen their selections and grow.
