I love colourless photography too but I'd rather see some colour over it. Personally, I feel as if it adds life and emotion into it. I don't know, maybe I've just seen too many grey scale images or they weren't done in the way they should. I don't view many professional ones that aren't cliche. Maybe that has something to do with it? It doesn't make them any less beautiful of course. Just a personal preferance.
